4 SEPARATE WEEKS OF CAMP:

JULY 14TH TO 18TH

JULY 21ST TO 25TH

AUGUST 11TH TO 15TH

AUGUST 25TH TO 29TH

DHD has proudly partnered with the AJAX BUDOKAN JUDO CLUB and the AJAX BOXING CLUB to incorporate off-ice activities and training that will that are directly correlated to the game of hockey.

 CAMP SCHEDULE

 All ON-ICE Sessions will focus on overall development including skating, shooting, passing, positional play and MORE.

Judo Sessions will focus on speed/strength training, circuit training, introductions to falling, self defence and throws.

MANDATORY JUDO ONTARIO/CANADA REGISTRATION AND LIABILITY WAIVER TO BE COMPLETED HERE (COMPLETE IN THE WEEK PRIOR TO CAMP AS IT IS ONLY GOOD FOR 15 WEEKS)**FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW**

  • Level is 6kyu - White 
  • Membership Type is Introductory
  • Category is U12
  • Check off liability waiver
  • Compete digital signature Complete payment – total should be $28.07
  • Print off your confirmation of registration and bring with you to Camp on day 1

 

Boxing Sessions will focus on anaerobic calisthenics, endurance drills, strength and core training and the basics of boxing.  All boxing sessions are NON CONTACT.

MANDATORY AJAX BOXING CLUB NEW MEMBER INTAKE FORM AND WAIVER TO BE COMPLETED AND BROUGHT TO CAMP ON DAY 1

 

We have also partnered with HEALTHY HUNGER and local vendors Pita Pit, Subway and Boston Pizza to offer optional lunch options to be delivered to the camps daily.  (Please create an account with Healthy Hunger and search for Durham Hockey Development in the school options). The cutoff for lunch purchases is 5 days prior to each camp day.
